PROGRAMME FLOW
PHASE 1 – 2 Months
- Start-Up Workshop on Modules of Managment
- Organisational Analysis
The Phase 1 lays the theoretical foundation upon which subsequent studies would be based. It creates the conceptual framework regarding Action Learning Projects (ALPs). Unlike traditional MBAs, Action Learning projects helps the student to identify a problem or challenge within your own organisation and design a project plan aimed at implementing the action required to solve the problem. You will write an Organizational Analysis (OA) of your company and get insight into how well the different departments and units interface within the organization. The plan should show how the results of the project will contribute to the organisation’s profitability.
PHASE 2 BLOCK I – 4 Months
Considered the core of your MBA, this phase kicks of with a 9-day residential conference held in the Netherlands. A lot of in-depth knowledge of key management disciplines through self-study, project design, forum discussions, knowledge building and networking will be gained. Through research and disuccsions students will discover methods to resovle issues and implement new plans; applying change through action.
