What is the aim of this course?

In several organizations technical skills dominate the evaluation process which is used as the basis for promotions. Thus it is not unusual to find several promising officers whose career prospects are impaired by perceived below average people management skills.

This short workshop seeks to rectify such deficiency where it exists and preferably prevent it from occurring in the first place. It does so by creating the awareness of such phenomenon through innovative techniques whilst highlighting communication and motivational skills placing an appropriate emphasis on problem solving and decision skills in people management scenarios.

This course basically aims to develop a comprehensive appreciation of the operative legal framework in human resource management and the employment contract.
