What is the aim of this
course?
An increasingly
disproportionate number of advocacy groups are doing a good job of
highlighting the truth in the competence of women in the workplace
of the modern times. However, beyond affirmative action lies the
real hard task of performing assigned responsibilities.
This workshop joins the few attempts aimed at empowering capable
women to rise above the intimations of male-dominated business
executive roles to really show their worth. It does this by creating
an awareness of the peculiar challenges facing women managers and
assisting them to discover themselves and overcome limiting factors
both within themselves and their operating environment. Such
self-discovery is expected to unleash their full potential for the
benefit of their organizations and the fulfillment
of personal ambition.
